In an interview, Pei said Nothing strategies to ultimately produce a community of devices that can connect to one another. Manufacturing cordless earphones would bring Nothing into competition with some of the world’s biggest tech business consisting of Apple, Samsung, and Sony. Explaining itself as a “London based consumer technology business,” Nothing has already brought in investment from iPod innovator Tony Fadell, Twitch co-founder Kevin Lin, Reddit CEO Steve Huffman, and YouTuber Casey Neistat.
