Blue Origin officially opens its new HQ and R&D center
O’Neill is known for his work with NASA in the 1970s, developing potential future innovation for sustained human existence in space– consisting of the so-called O’Neill cylinders, which are large habitats developed to spin to duplicate Earth’s gravity for long-lasting homeowners and for on-board agriculture. It also plans to open a dedicated engine production center in Alabama this March. 2020 must also see Blue Origin fly its very first human guests aboard New Shepard, its sub-orbital rocket, which is currently well along the path to human certification, and it’s looking to next year to begin running New Glenn, its orbital launch lorry.
